Blind date

A friend of a friend of mine suggested that I ask her friend out on a blind date. To do so, she sent me her email address. My intro below. Think she'll bite?

Hola!

Lee here, friend of Noelle's...

So, Noelle says we should get together. It might be a little difficult to do as I don't get out of prison for quite some time. But I might get a weekend pass sometime soon. Or I could always request a conjugal visit if that makes it any easier. I just hate those damn trailers, they rock and squeak so much its kinda distracting. But perhaps that's better than just hanging out in my cell or playing chess in the exercise yard.

So, what interests you? I'm sort of an outdoors type of guy. I like golf. And fishing and boating on the bay. As a matter of fact, I recently bought a new fishing boat. Of course I don't always know what kind of fishing lure to use, but I'm always sure to check the bay tidal charts. I'd love to take you out on a ride. I hear the Berkeley Marina is beautiful this time of year.

In addition to the outdoors, I love travel. Paris is my favorite. You ought to see the fireworks on New Year's Eve set to American pop songs! But I also enjoy just hanging out, too. There's nothing like just chilling with my lady, sharing a bottle of champagne while nibbling on a few strawberries.

Well, I should probably go. I just bought a new mortiser and I need to head over to my storage shed and try it out.

Bye!

Scott "Lee" Peterson
